Nothing obliges a state to publish what staffing agencies charge. Illinois makes agencies report both the charge and the worker's pay, county by county, and is alone in that. Massachusetts and Minnesota cap the charge but never publish what was actually paid. Everywhere else the federal filings on this page are the only record there is, which is the reason this site exists.
